Art Deco apartment building designed by the architect Jean Debackere in 1932, forming a remarkable row with its neighbours. The symmetrical elevation of four bays and six storeys, in red brick, white stone and imitation stone, is crowned by a monumental stepped pediment. The side bays form trapezoidal projections; on the axis, an entrance porch with carved piers is topped by a fanlight with cut corners and a built-in lantern of opalescent glass. The entrance hall retains its floor and panelling in red and grey Belgian marble. The building is recorded in the inventory.
