Art Deco town house designed by the architect Fernand Lippens in 1928. The three-storey elevation combines white imitation stone on the ground floor with red brick on the upper floors, punctuated with blue stone. The garage door and the front door have recessed geometric surrounds with large carved cushions, and the upper floors are flanked by projecting brickwork evoking pilasters. A trapezoidal bay and an attic parapet complete the façade, whose joinery survives; the door grilles and the railings are of wrought iron. The house is recorded in the inventory.
