Art Deco house designed by the architect Jules Derré in 1936. The three-storey façade of two unequal bays is in yellow brick with emphasised horizontal joints. The ground floor has a window, a recessed front door and a garage door. On the upper floors the main bay is marked by a rounded projecting bay extending sideways into a balcony under a canopy, with balustrades topped by spheres. The joinery survives on the first two levels, with metal window frames and curved glazing. The building is recorded in the inventory.
