Large Art Deco apartment building designed by the architect Coomans in 1928, forming a remarkable row with its neighbours. The symmetrical elevation of six bays and seven storeys, the top one an attic storey, is in red brick and white stone. On the axis, an entrance porch with massive carved piers incorporates a lantern; on the upper floors the second and fifth bays form trapezoidal oriels, and three broad pilasters with geometric decoration give rhythm to the façade. The attic storey, set off by a cornice on geometric brackets, combines pilasters and heavy arcaded gables. The building is recorded in the inventory.
