A former dental institute built from 1933 to 1935 by Michel Polak and Alfred Hoch thanks to a donation from the American industrialist George Eastman (1854-1932), founder of Kodak. Eastman funded several children's dental institutes in Europe, including the Brussels one. The building was erected on the site of the former Institute of Hygiene (1893), demolished for the purpose. It was later converted into the House of European History, inaugurated in 2017. It has been entered on the legal heritage inventory since 2024.
