Art Deco apartment building with a rear workshop, designed by the architect Michel Polak in 1928-1929. The elevation has five storeys and five bays; the ground floor has been altered several times. On the upper floors a trapezoidal oriel, crowned by a terrace with a wrought-iron railing, stands in front of a triple window. Monumental fluting, panelled spandrels and dormers complete the façade. The building is recorded in the inventory.
