Small Art Deco apartment building, erected in 1930 by the architect Armand de Saulnier in place of a boundary wall. Under a flat roof, the three-storey elevation has four bays, the second and wider one made up of three paired openings. The brick façade is enhanced with white imitation stone; the ground floor has two entrance doors, one to the caretaker's lodge and one to the upstairs flat, and two garages. The window breast and the attic parapet are decorated with fluting and braids; the parapet, flanked by dies, steps up above the second bay and bears reliefs of stylised fish. The window frames have been replaced; the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
