This Art Deco house with studio was built for himself by the architect Armand de Saulnier, following a 1931 building permit application. Its brick façade on a bluestone plinth is articulated on the upper floors by recessed and projecting elements, with an oriel on the right. On the ground floor, the window, pedestrian door and garage door have carved lintels with Art Deco floral themes, repeated on the upper levels. Two pilaster strips crowned with bas-reliefs showing the attributes of the painter and the draughtsman frame the façade; a broken roof replaces the large glass roof that once lit the studio.
