Art Deco house built following a building permit application of 1927. Above a rubble-stone base, its brick and stone façade has two storeys and two unequal bays. The polygonal-arched windows are decorated with stylised flowers described in the inventory as characteristic of Art Deco; the polygonal door is topped by an octagonal light. Above a partly sunken garage, a two-storey oriel is preceded by a balcony with stone low walls and balusters, and the polygonal-arched gable opens through a French window with a wrought-iron balcony; a mansard roof has replaced the original gabled roof. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
