A uniform group of three Art Deco apartment buildings designed in 1935 for the firm Alexandre Bertrand & Consorts by the architect Armand de Saulnier and the contractor Fernand Mayné, who signed on either side of the central door. The shared six-storey façade of red brick banded with render on a bluestone plinth alternates small bays and little terraces with tubular railings on strong brackets, with built-in planters and a continuous terrace on the top floor. The attic parapet bearing the inscription “Anno 1935 Palais de l’Altitude 100” was removed in 1980.
