Art Deco house of asymmetrical composition, designed by the architect Charles Masoin in 1923. The brick façade is enhanced with white imitation stone and the main bay rises between pilasters. The second level is fronted by a curved bow window under a wooden cornice, and the third has a triple window. The metal entrance door, under a semicircular arch, is topped by paired fanlights, and a wooden cornice on brackets crowns the façade. The window frames partly survive; the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
