Group of three Art Deco houses sharing a single monumental façade, built in 1914 by the architect Gabriel Charlé. The façade of flamed brick enhanced with white stone has four storeys and three bays, one per house; the central bay is crowned by a through-dormer with a shaped gable bearing three wall anchors. The middle storeys have mullioned triple windows and the top storey three paired round-arched openings; this top storey also has a deep continuous band decorated with panels carved with stylised plant motifs. On the ground floor, only the shop at no. 109 retains its original shopfront; the original window frames, with glazing-barred transoms and yellow glass, survive. The group is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
