Art Deco house signed by the architect Léon Janlet and built in 1927. The three-storey elevation, in brick and imitation stone, is framed by pilasters on the upper floors, separated from the ground floor by a dentilled band and crowned by an overhanging timber cornice. At the rear, the landscape architect Jean Canneel-Claes designed, before 1949 and for Mr Destrée, a narrow, angled garden crossed by a path of exposed-aggregate concrete slabs that leads to a paved circle and passes over a pond. The building is recorded in the legal heritage inventory.
