Art Deco house built in 1925 by the architect Fernand Sanders. On a bluestone base, the orange-brick elevation is enhanced with white stone, now painted, forming the piers, the U-shaped spandrels and lintels and a wide crowning entablature. It has three staggered storeys and two unequal bays, the main one fronted on the first floor by a bow window on a corbel. On the left, under a continuous lintel, the door is paired with a small grilled T-shaped opening; the façade ends in a modillion cornice. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
