Art Deco house built in 1925 by the architect Fernand Sanders. On a bluestone base, the brown-brick elevation with white imitation-stone decoration has three storeys and two unequal bays. The projecting main bay is fronted by a triangular oriel on a stylised bracket and crowned by an imposing dormer cutting the eaves, in front of which lies a terrace with a wrought-iron railing. The ground floor has two round-arched windows on the left and a door under a U-shaped lintel on the right; the modillion cornice is supported in the dormer by four slender brackets. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
