An Art Deco apartment and commercial building designed in 1928 by the architect Pierre De Gieter. The red-brick and rendered façade has five storeys; on the ground floor, two shop windows with marble-clad uprights and base sit beside the entrance. A large oriel with concave corners occupies the top three storeys of the main bay and rests on four consoles that extend down the jambs and mullions of the mezzanine windows; the small-paned frames with coloured glass survive in the entrance bay. The building is not protected; it is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
