On the corner of boulevard Lambermont, an Art Deco villa, originally with three facades, designed by the architect Fernand De Pauw in 1926. Converted into a maternity hospital in 1947, it was extended to the right in a similar style in 1954 (architect Philippe Dumont) and again in 1961 (architects Philippe Dumont and José Vanden Bossche). The brick facades, set off with white stone, are rhythmed by pilasters with geometric ornamentation, with a porch and a terrace with a pierced marble parapet. The villa has been entered on the statutory heritage inventory since 19 August 2024.
