Art Deco three-façade villa designed in 1926 by the architect J.-J. Van Den Eng, on the corner of Avenue des Jacinthes. It has three storeys, the top one an attic storey, beneath a gently pitched roof, with a roughcast façade enhanced with orange brick and broadly overhanging concrete cornices. Towards the boulevard, the door, flanked by reeded pilasters, shelters beneath a broad half-dome concrete canopy pierced with circular glass blocks. Towards the avenue, three symmetrical bays are arranged around a central projection with reeded pilasters. The door with openings and the geometric railing survive, while the window frames have been replaced; the villa is recorded in the inventory.
