Art Deco middle-class house, signed on the plinth "JOS. BAL / ARCHITECTE / BRUXELLES AND" and dated 1930; together with no. 72 it forms a coherent pair of houses in the same style. The asymmetrical four-storey elevation under a flat roof is in yellow brick with emphasised horizontal joints, enhanced with rendered elements; the set-back attic top floor was added in 1937 by the same architect. In the main bay, a rectangular projection shelters the first-floor entrance and forms terraces with curved corners and parapets on the upper levels. The attic level is fronted by a pergola structure on paired columns, and the front garden enclosure is in brick with rounded sections. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
