Three-façade Art Deco apartment building designed in 1928 by the architect René Delbecq; it opens a coherent row of buildings of the same period that ends at no. 31. The three-storey building beneath a mansard and flat roof has brown brick façades enhanced with rendered areas. The bay facing the avenue and the bay on the side façade are linked on the upper floors by a polygonal oriel that continues into the mansard; towards the avenue, a recessed entrance porch with canted corners, framed by pilasters carrying a cornice, is flanked by garage doors. The joinery has been replaced, except for the front door glazed with textured glass. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
