Art Deco town house designed by the architect Antoine Dehaen in 1929. It belongs to a coherent row of buildings of the same period, from no. 7 to no. 19. The asymmetrical red brick façade with white imitation-stone dressings, on a sandstone rubble plinth, is crowned by a mansard roof. In the main bay, a bow window with triple windows beneath a terrace with dice-shaped posts fronts a polygonal dormer gable pierced by a mitre-arched French window flanked by hexagonal oculi. The house is recorded in the inventory.
