Two distinct Art Deco town houses designed by the architect E. Henry in 1929 and 1930 respectively, closing a coherent row of buildings from the same period. Built beneath mansard roofs in red brick with white imitation-stone dressings, they are organised around projecting bays: curved at no. 17, at no. 19, on the corner of rue des Mimosas, trapezoidal towards the street and, on the corner, rectangular under a polygonal gable. Most of the joinery survives.
