Art Deco apartment building by the architect René Delbecq, 1926. The asymmetrical four-storey elevation beneath a mansard roof combines red brick, white imitation stone and bluestone. The round-arched entrance door is set within a recessed porch, beside a replaced garage door. The main bay is pierced by triple windows, the first-floor one taking the form of a curved bow window topped by a terrace enclosed by a parapet of stone dies framing wrought ironwork; the lower slope of the roof has two dormers. The woodwork has been replaced, except for the transoms filled with stained glass; the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
