Art Deco apartment building, signed and dated « René / DELBECQ / Arch. 1932 » on the base. The five-storey elevation combines a granito ground floor on a bluestone base with upper floors rendered in imitation stone and set between brick pilasters. The entrance door and garage door are opened up by large rectangular glazed panels fitted with chevron-patterned grilles; the garage door is flanked by engaged columns banded at the top with black and gold mosaic, which reappears as a thin border on the first floor. The first three floors are fronted by a trapezoidal oriel topped by a terrace, whose wrought-iron railing repeats the chevrons of the grilles. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
