Art Deco apartment building of 1926, signed « René / DELBECQ / Architecte » on the base. The asymmetrical four-storey elevation, beneath a pseudo-mansard, is in white stone enhanced with brick details. The ground floor is pierced by openings with shaped arches and moulded surrounds; the upper floors are set between orange brick pilasters. The first two floors are fronted by an oriel topped by a terrace with a parapet of stone dies framing wrought ironwork, above which a gabled dormer with a triple window opens onto a small trapezoidal balcony; some of the spandrels beneath the windows are enlivened with fluting and floral motifs. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
