Art Deco town house designed by the architect J. Malcorps in 1929. It belongs to a coherent row of buildings of the same period, from no. 7 to no. 19. The asymmetrical red brick façade, enhanced with blue stone, white stone and imitation stone, stands on a sandstone rubble plinth and is crowned by a mansard roof. The main bay is marked by a trapezoidal projection that diminishes on the upper levels, and the cornice on flat brackets survives. The house is recorded in the inventory.
