Art Deco block of flats, signed on the base "LELOUP MARCEL / arch. / 1938", with two bays over six storeys, the top one a rendered attic storey. The façade combines orange brick, white stone and render imitating stone. On the rendered ground floor, an original pedestrian door with grilled openings, recessed within successive stepped reveals, sits beside a garage door. Above a thick bevelled band of white stone, a stepped corbel marks the overhang of the upper floors, treated as a rectangular oriel on the left and as terraces with rounded parapets on the right. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
