Asymmetrical Art Deco house beneath a mansard roof, built in 1925 by the architect Jacques Van Camp. The brick façade, enhanced with rendered elements, is characterised by projecting brickwork; the entrance bay is flanked by monumental pilasters and its door, with stepped reveals, is sheltered by a wooden canopy. In the main bay, a window on a trapezoidal plan under a chamfered lintel lights the ground floor, and a three-sided projecting bay occupies the middle storey. On the top floor, a wide opening beneath a scrolled gable is fronted by a narrow triangular balconet with a wrought-iron railing. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
