Asymmetrical Art Deco apartment building, built in 1929 by the architect Gallé. Its brick façade enhanced with white imitation stone has five storeys, the top one an attic, and two bays above a bluestone base. The rendered ground floor has mitre-arched openings, forming a porch on the left and the garage entrance on the right. In the main bay, a trapezoidal rendered oriel continues in wood at attic level, while the entrance bay lines up French windows on small trapezoidal balconies; the wrought ironwork survives, and the hall houses an original Stigler lift (1930). The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
