Art Deco block of flats with a ground-floor shop, built in 1937 by the architect François Van Stichel on the corner of the Chaussée de Wavre. The five-storey elevation, with rectangular windows, is marked by a two-bay-wide oriel with rounded corners. Originally, the ground floor and the corners of the oriel were clad in glazed ceramic, while the upper floors were rendered in white imitation stone. On the Rue de Naples side, the pedestrian door and a small window are united beneath a single lintel. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
