Art Deco apartment building, signed “A. Pladet” on the base, 1925. It belongs to a visually homogeneous row of buildings of the same size, from no. 241 to no. 281, forming the built frontage of the boulevard. The two-bay, four-storey front in orange brick with rendered elements is topped by a mansard roof with two dormers. On the first and second floors the main bay carries an oriel with a shaped plan, topped by a terrace with a wrought-iron railing onto which a triple window opens. The building, whose grilled door survives, is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
