An Art Deco house with an asymmetrical composition, designed in 1927 by the architect Arthur Pladet; it belongs to a very homogeneous Art Deco group built by the same architect between 1924 and 1937. On a bluestone base, the brick façade is enhanced with white stone; the door is flanked by two grilled windows and, above the garage door, an oriel carries a balcony with a wrought-iron railing. The original joinery and ironwork survive. The building is not protected; it is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
