Two mirror-image single-fronted houses, Art Deco terraced houses of 1935 designed by Ernest Apers (Roeselare). Their light brick facing is distinguished by the contrasting use of materials in the plinth and the imitation-stone surrounds. The façade treatment is expressive: raised semicircular corner pilaster strips on stepped corbels, continuous bay windows, a balcony with a concrete railing, and a porch. The left-hand shopfront has been renewed. The houses are recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
