Art Deco house with one door bay and one window bay, three storeys under a flat roof, built in 1939 to a design by the architect Ernest Apers (Roeselare), as recorded on a façade tile. The yellow brick façade, enhanced with brown brick, cream and purple-brown tiles and concrete, plays on staggered planes and volumes, with a strong horizontal emphasis from continuous lintels forming a canopy. The window bay has a rectangular oriel with a rounded balcony, topped by a cylindrical brick element decorated with three concrete rings. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
