Art Deco house of two bays and two storeys, resulting from an alteration designed in 1929 by the architect Ernest Apers (Roeselare) and executed with changes. The dark red brick façade on a pink granito plinth is enlivened with white-painted elements; on the left, a corner oriel sits in a surround crowned by a ziggurat motif. The paired windows of the upper floor stand above a relief of a sailing ship; the window frames and the glazed wrought-iron door survive. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
