Semi-detached Art Deco house of 1935, originally with a carriage entrance, designed by Joseph De Coninck (Roeselare). Built in yellow, yellow-brown and brown brick, enhanced with green granito, green glazed bricks and blue tiles, it has a flat roof. The structured façade is marked by the continuous band of the upper floor, with bay windows and adjoining rounded balconies with tubular railings; a tall pilaster decorated with blue tiles and the chimneys provide a vertical accent. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
