Art Deco 'town villa' named 'villa Jeannette' after the datestone, of 1938, designed by E. Braeye. A single-fronted house of two bays and two storeys, with a raised ground floor over a basement with a garage, under a flat roof. Its colourful, sculptural façade mixes materials: red brick for the left bay, yellow brick for the raised pilaster strip and the right bay, green tiles as horizontal bands; it is finished with black façade tiles and projecting copings, balls and mouldings. The flat door bay with porch and recessed entrance contrasts with the semicircular bay window of the window bay, set between two rounded balconies with tubular railings. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
