A single-family house of 1924 designed by the Roeselare architect Ernest Apers, as an inscription also records. Three bays wide and three storeys high, it has a projecting right-hand bay ending in a gable with a decorative crest and a four-light window. The brick facade uses natural stone for the door and window surrounds and for the three-sided oriel, topped by a balcony, of the wider bay; decorative brickwork stresses the verticality of the door bay. Art Deco floral ornament adorns the entrance, the oriel and the gable; the joinery has been replaced.
