Art Deco building-materials shop and warehouse designed in 1920 by the architect François Van Meulecom for Joachim Riez. This single-storey U-shaped building, in brick and white stone now painted entirely white, is entered through a central doorway beneath a porch with a canopy. Its broad entablature originally bore the inscriptions 'JOACHIM RIEZ', 'BRIQUES' and 'CIMENTS'; the wide side windows date from 1956. At the rear, the same architect fitted out a flat for the storekeeper in 1921; the building is recorded in the inventory, without legal protection.
