An Art Deco town house signed “Albert Callewaert / arch. 1932”, built for the contractor René Gillion, whose firm would specialise in reinforced concrete. The four-storey elevation, including a set-back attic storey, is faced with natural stone, pink on the ground floor and white above; it opens with a main entrance with an Art Deco wrought-iron door and carries a trapezoidal wooden oriel. The interior is organised around a large axial stairwell and lift, lit from above by a roof lantern. In 2010 the house was converted into offices and six flats.
