Two identical mirror-image semi-detached Art Deco villas with three façades, designed together in 1931 by and for the architect Pierre Heine. The two-storey elevations under hipped roofs combine a ground floor in red brick slips enhanced with bluestone and a rendered upper floor, and play on setbacks both towards the avenue and on the garden side. The windows, ribbon or rectangular, mostly have metal handrails; on the upper floor, windows wrap around the corners and trapezoidal frames sit above the entrances. The wrought-iron doors survive, and the villas are fronted by small gardens enclosed by low brick walls and railings. They are recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
