Small Art Deco apartment building, built in 1934 by the architect Copain. This rectangular volume under a flat roof has four storeys, the top one set back on the avenue and rear sides to create terraces. Its façades, rendered in white Euville imitation stone, are pierced by rectangular, mostly narrow windows. Each side façade is reached through a pedestrian door preceded by a few steps, and a double garage opens onto the avenue. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
