Art Deco apartment building, built in 1936 by the architect Jules Delstanche. The elevation has six storeys, the top one an attic set behind a large terrace, with a rendered ground floor and red brick upper floors. The upper floors are fronted by a wide oriel with rounded corners decorated with brickwork patterns; the windows are ribbon windows. The iron doors and the upper-floor window frames with glazing bars are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
