Three-façade Art Deco villa, built in 1934 by the architect Armand Delforge. The two-storey elevation under a hipped roof combines « reddish violet » bricks for the base with yellow « heliotrope » bricks above, and the façades have cut corners. On the corner of the first floor, a window with polygonal frames wraps around the angle, and the front door, in the side façade, is accompanied by a barred oculus lighting the hall. The window frames with glazing bars were replaced identically, and the entrance was altered in 1953. The villa is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
