A large Art Deco apartment building designed in 1937 by the architect Jean-Florian Collin for the developer Etrimo. The symmetrical five-storey, six-bay elevation has two bays treated as oriels articulated by continuous pilasters. The white-stone ground floor, pierced by garages, is organised around a central entrance beneath an entablature carried by paired columns, while the red-brick upper floors have oblong windows with twisted colonnette jambs; the original window frames survive. The building, with two flats per floor, is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory.
