House inspired by Art Deco, designed in 1932 by the architect Antoine Courtens with the engineer Boris-M. Boloukhère. The four-storey elevation, the top one as an attic, has two unequal bays and combines red brick with reconstituted white stone. A rounded entrance porch with grilled openings and windows grouped in threes in the main bay enliven the façade, whose ironwork survives; the interior was altered in 1988. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage, without legal protection.
