Personal house of the engineer-architect Eléazar Cozac, built in 1931 in the Art Deco style. This flat-roofed volume with three façades combines a red-brick ground floor, a rendered upper floor and white stone elements, with windows of varied sizes, in bands or turning the corner. A small semicircular bow window marks the street front, while a curved projection following the staircase houses the entrance on the side façade. The joinery is original, and the low garden wall was designed by the architect.
