A group of four identical Art Deco buildings erected for Le Foyer saint-gillois and signed on the door surrounds of nos. 16 and 125 “H(enri) Derée / architecte / 1928”. On through plots, they are separated by a shared courtyard. The elevations of four bays and six storeys, in brick set off with rendered elements in white imitation stone, open with an axial entrance surmounted by a fan-shaped relief, with triangular oriels on geometric consoles and a high frieze of stepped brick under the cornice. A renovation was carried out in 1982-1983.
