Art Deco corner house of three storeys on a wedge-shaped plot, dated 1924 by archival records and designed by the architect G. W. Hombrecht. The corner is crowned by a slate dome with a natural-stone ball finial; through this monumental emphasis on the corner the house relates, according to the inventory, to so-called "Beaux-Arts" architecture. The cornice façade, faced in natural stone, has a canted corner bay with rounded edges, holding the entrance, flanked by two wide window bays with rounded bay windows rising to the dormer. The vertical rhythm predominates, through lesenes and continuous wall panels; the corner bay is crowned by a round-arched dormer and the façade is edged by a decorative relief frieze with a running-dog motif. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
