Semi-detached single-family house in the Art Deco style under the influence of the Amsterdam School, designed in 1925 by the architect Léon Stynen for the company director Willem Marie Van Lommel; it is one of his earliest works. Built in red brick combined with white stone or imitation stone, it stands out for its massing, expressive brickwork and geometric motifs. The parabolic-arched entrance porch sits within a stepped surround, and many interior features survive, including the joinery, marble and stained glass of the entrance and stair hall.
